What’s with the Tubman museum being closed during Black History

Philadelphia - What’s with the Tubman museum being closed during Black History Month? I brought my family to Cape May to specifically have a true learning experience at the Harriet Tubman Museum.
The experience was disappointing due to advertising not specifying when open. Is there a problem that has not informed folks of the status? Please post opening month and time.
