Read in your paper about NWW,can move forward with lawsuit again

North Wildwood - Read in your paper about NWW,can move forward with lawsuit against DEP. How about the 8-12acres of dune that the Mayor removed w/o permits from said, department? So,when it suits the Mayor & Council they do what they want,but,in the end the taxpayers are the ones who pay. If the city is trying to recoup the monies that were spent on beach replenishment remember it is not a guarantee you will receive it. Wake up taxpayers & voice up.
