Wildwood - In response to the Wildwood Spouter that Wildwood is run down. The City government and some property owners and renters are the problem. The city has no proactive code enforcement on landlords and vacant building and lot owners. Planning and zoning give rubber stamp approval to every project for increased property taxes no matter what ,but taxes are still the highest in the county. The city agencies are full of non productive supervisors and employees being lead by a mayor and commissioners. The chief of do nothing police department still has a job. The mayor is weak and must go
