Shawcrest - After reading a Facebook post, are you implying Shawcrest residents aren't intelligent enough to write a Spout off. We live there year round and no we are not surprised about the increase or unhappy. Everything has gone up. You knew what you were getting when you bought here. Legacy is not going anywhere. The only way they will sell is if they aren't turning a profit. Like any business. When that happens they will sell for development and you will be told to move the mobile home or watch it be demolished. The rent will continue to rise. That's called business.
