Fare Free is becoming less & less accommodating for all who ride

Cape May County - Fare Free is becoming less & less accommodating for all who ride. When you want a ride it must be done within 3 days. Why? How hard is it to change/add a trip? Drivers are always helpful but,when you,are told there are not enough drivers look who loses out,the riders. Change needs to be addressed at Fare Free
