Well, "IF" the township would pick up the leaves on a timely basis, we would not have this problem, would we? If you are paying attention to the trash pick-up in our area this time of year, the crews are basically finished before noon. This would give them at least two more hours in the day to switch trucks and continue picking up the leaves .
