Cape May - Cape May passed a resolution to eliminate the toll at Exit 4 of the GSP. I've been complaining about this for years. You can drive the GSP for 17 miles from Cape May to Sea Isle City without a toll, but if you drive 4 miles to Rio Grande it costs 70 cents each way. This doesn't make any sense and discriminates against people south of Exit 4 and businesses in Rio Grande because many people would rather drive free to stores and businesses at exit 10 rather than pay a $1.40 round trip toll. Jeff Van Drew called me when I wrote to him -- nothing changed. The GSP is the fastest route, not route 9.
