North Cape May - Is it legal for a neighbor to install cameras looking onto my property? I feel like I have no privacy even though I have a fence up. My neighbor knows every move we make as well as our children. Last week he complimented on our yard and our new blinds which the only way he could see is with his camera being placed high. Hopefully he’s not a Jeffery Dahmer
