Townbank - Townbank has been waiting for 5 years to have their beach pathways installed while the rest of the Lower's beaches accesses have been improved. This week, the property owners came together to point out that the existing paths to the beach are eroded, unsafe and many impassable. The latest twist is that they expect Townbank to PAY for this work to be done. They managed to install only 3 accesses out of 13 but now we are expected to foot the cost on top of our tax dollars.
