Wildwood - Couldn't help but notice that the "rotted damaged steel" that was "corroded by leaking neon" on the former Isle of Capri sign that was snarkily reported by your newspaper was still used to support the cheesy plastic sign that replaced it. Also neon is a non-toxic inert gas not a "leaking liquid".
Perhaps you and your developer friend's brain fluid is leaking.
