When a car comes from the opposite direction, you hold your breath as the car passes by because you nearly sideswipe each other. You need to stop if people happen to be walking alongside the road when a car is coming from opposite direction, because if you don't, you can't pass the people. Who is responsible for keeping Racetrack Drive its reasonable width?
