North Cape May - We have noticed kayakers have been having a problem with being drifted very far out on the Delaware Bay so much so that First Responders have been called numerous times. Are kayaks meant to be used on open waters that are affected by tides? Maybe kayakers should consider using their kayaks on streams or lakes instead.
