Lower Township - North Cape May: I agree with everything you say about our local firemen and women. The overwhelming majority are selfless heroes that do it for the good of the community, however If funding is not adequate perhaps that is a separate issue that needs to be addressed with an alternate solution. One can separate the worth of these individuals from the collection methods they currently employ, and it is not a negative to question these methods when they have an obvious impact on traffic during a holiday weekend. I personally would not object to an extra buck ,properly spent, added to my taxes.
