Cape May Generators, having worked for 40 years SIC, AVA, SH al

Clermont - Cape May Generators, having worked for 40 years SIC, AVA, SH all construction I've seen required a "service post" for electric needed on site. That was a requirement for the contractor to begin construction. What is going wrong down there? Sorry, you're not plugging in to my solar panels. STOP WORK !!
