I suggest Cape May try strictly enforcing the 25 mph speed limit

Cape May - I suggest Cape May try strictly enforcing the 25 mph speed limit first, and issuing warnings for minor infractions for a month or so. Word will pass quickly, and limits will be obeyed. Making up 20 mph signs is not the solution in my opinion, because if not enforced, what’s the point? People speed when limit not enforced? Who knew?
