Wildwood - After the first violation of drug court, why aren't offenders put in jail? How many chances do they get? Do victims of the offenders have a say in whether they go to jail or not? Is there any punishment at all or repaying victims? Is it all about the drug addict/criminal while their victims are ignored? Most importantly, are these addicts required to turn in their dealers as a condition of participation in drug court? Why not?
