Cape May - Driving a LSV/Golf cart requires a valid driver's license. Period. You are not allowed to load it up with kids. Which by the way carseats are supposed to be in those vehicles just like a car. Today, I watched a gentleman ride a electric scooter over the Cape May bridge to the left hand side. He went towards WW. A scooter. I've seen LSV's but a scooter. Someone is going to get killed.
