North Cape May - RE: to the person in Lower spouting about someone throwing food and chicken bones in the street, Let's look at this carefully. 1st), Seagulls are a natural waste disposal flying machine. 2nd), Somebody commented about rodents, well that's NOT true because seagulls leave "Nothing"! 3rd), Why is your dog in the street? Shouldn't it be in your yard or on a leash? I can understand the thought of throwing chicken out for the birds because if you throw out chicken in the trash, you get MILLIONS of fly maggots in the trash can in this heat, not to mention the odor of it rotting.
