West Wildwood / Port Richmond, Pa. - I went down to the precinct the other day and spoke to a female officer in a white shirt, a captain, I think. We need something done about all the golf carts flying around town. She said I need to go to the commissioners meeting to get something done. Isn't reckless and dangerous driving a police problem or do the commissioners write tickets now?
