Lower Twp - I can not even fathom the pain those parents are going through. Thinking of their small children, begging for help, wondering where the police are, calling 911 to no avail. It seems every step of this horrible incident was one mistake after another. Except these mistakes can’t be fixed. If Cape May County is not actively prepping for an incident like this , it will be another tragedy. The police and schools need a plan! These are babies being murdered. Don’t turn away - fight for a change
