I don’t know if the town can restrict the playing of pickle ball

Stone Harbor - I don’t know if the town can restrict the playing of pickle ball. The pickle ball- tennis building was built with open space funds which gave the land for building to the county. Make the area for play operate on a no cost basis for town. Charge what it takes to carry the operation and maintenance.
