Lower Township - Re: The Villas comment on not having peace and quiet around your home. Look around you. The properties in this area are the worst in Villas, so do you really think they care about you and your peace of mind? Call code enforcement and they will come out and help you with the unkempt properties and the police will deal with the noisy ATV's etc. Good luck.
