We agree and thank the North Wildwood spouter regarding shoobies

North Wildwood - We agree and thank the North Wildwood spouter regarding shoobies leaving their dog waste. While we may not be 12 month residents, we suppose that makes us shoobies, even though we own a home and pay taxes to the community. We do keep our dog on a leash while walking, and pick up after him. The majority of dogs walking off leash, wondering through other homeowners' properties and using that property as their own, are locals' dogs. How do we know they are locals? We know our neighbors. The problem is not with the dog, but with the owner. Show some respect for your neighbors and town, please.
