Cape May - Who would ever THINK of driving stoned? So I'm sitting at the traffic light at Town Bank rd. and Bayshore rd. and the car in front of me (which I won't identify) because it won't get printed, had 2 young ladies in it, maybe 30's ish and I'm right behind them in my truck. So, I see the passenger light up a Joint, take a few hit's from it and pass it to the Driver! Now, you Liberals are saying, (how do I know it was pot)? Well, let's see. I grew up in the 60's, I know what it smells like, It was blowing right back at me, and I'm a retired cop!
