North Wildwood - NWW preemptively banned car lifts but that doesn't address the problem. Parking is a MAJOR issue since they allowed single family homes to be replaced by 2 or more condos on the same space. Each condo takes away 1-2 spots while easily tripling the number of vehicles needing parking. Ban the low speed vehicles, that'd open up some spots! Does NWW ever look at the possible detrimental effects of the influx of people and the building boom or is it all about the money? Sadly, NWW is now WAY too crowded and the family friendly atmosphere is disappearing.
