Wondering why schools are all short staffed and yet LCMR and LTE

Lower Township - Wondering why schools are all short staffed and yet LCMR and LTES are firing employees and not hiring anyone to replace them or even hiring anyone to begin with. Your employees shouldn’t be getting fired right now unless it’s for serious purposes. The superintendents of these schools need to get it together.
