Just an observation but why are there still so many face mask st

Wildwood - Just an observation but why are there still so many face mask still being left all over the ground on sidewalks ,in the street ,on parking lots ,on the boardwalk it is disgusting. Another observation :many are climate change aware but not litter aware they leave trash everywhere they go.
