I agree with spouters concerning Lower's code enforcer; he isn't

Lower Township - I agree with spouters concerning Lower's code enforcer; he isn't doing his job. I called him over a month ago concerning trash left by the neighbors after they abandoned their home, and he never followed up. Why is that? I guess we have to wait until we are infested with rodents. If it comes to that, I will hold the township responsible. It's time the township manager follows up on complaints that aren't resolved.
