Cape May - The worst intersection in the City of Cape May is at Ocean and Washington Sts. Why can't the City post an officer there on busy days to ..a) teach people what the red hand means and b) what the white pedestrian walk means ..it's not that hard. Maybe put in a voice on the traffic light . Walk now ..or don't walk now. It's hard to believe people do not know this. Grow adults . So how in the world could they teach their kids when is the right time to cross.
