Wildwood / Upper Darby, Pa. - A seven year old child gunned down in a cross fire between groups of thugs and gangsters is a horrible sign of what is happening in our society. Tough police, tough prosecutors and tough judges are the only answer. Stop the bleeding first, then worry about the social problems that will perpetuate this slaughter.
