Rio Grande - If you are going to start charging to read articles on your website then you should update it. It's basic and get with the times and provide an app. I refuse to pay for basic vague articles.

Moderator's Note:
Our website is configured using “responsive” design – the display adapts to the nature of the device and the size of the screen. This is commonly called a “web app” (Google it). The Herald website is updated multiple times daily with news articles and other content (e.g., obituaries, classifieds, Spout Off). As I write this, the five news articles appearing at the top of our home page reflect updates of 21 minutes ago, 41 minutes ago, 1 hour ago, 1 hour ago and 2 hours ago. How much more updated do you want?
