This forced Middle EMS out of the building that they are paying Rio Rescue $40k a year to use. Middle had no choice but to relocate the paid EMS. Whether it is Rio Rescue or the Rio Fire Bureau, your own poor management put you where you are today. Stop blaming the Township. They actually have their act together.
