Avalon - I read that the Avalon council president is in favor of using current technology to broadcast the council meetings but is unsure if he would have the council votes to approve it. He isn't dealing with 100 senators, but, 4 other council people in a small town where you get elected with under 500 votes. Really, why not have a vote and find out?
