North Wildwood - I read in the Herald that the new marijuana legislation signed by Governor Murphy was inspired by: “social justice, racial justice and economic justice.” Is he saying certain races cannot follow the laws on the books, so we must change or amend them? I hate stopping at red lights at 3:00 AM when I am on my way to work and no one is on the streets. Can I only get a warning if going through a red light?
