Villas - In response to the spouter that trashed the Villas....I really don't know what you are talking about or even where, I live on the West Side on one of the tree streets and our area is absolutely beautiful, anytime a house goes up for sale, it is sold in just days and for over the asking price...we have had 3 houses for sale on our street which sold for $410,000, $500,000 & $659,000.......so I cannot agree with you at all....my husband rides his bike everyday all over the Villas and of course there are some houses in need of repair but as far as saying this area is trashy, sorry but you are wrong
