Can someone please tell me why Lower Township Public Works' dump

Villas - Can someone please tell me why Lower Township Public Works' dump is closed Tuesday and Wednesday? They have more than enough employees to man the dump. The amount of taxes I pay to live in Lower Twp. and they cant keep it open seven days a week? No one understands this at all.
