Palermo - Legitimizing anyone who is here illegally is foolish on many levels! This leads to less jobs for our unemployed, a jail population increased by 30 percent, less assistance programs available for citizens in need, and reduced contributions to our tax rolls. Most importantly, why reward someone who has no respect for our laws? It is disgraceful that political plotting and scheming has taken place to enforce existing immigration laws. Any politician that agrees with any kind of amnesty, will not get my vote.
