Court House - I wonder how is it okay that Cape May County Library employees are allowed to log onto their personal Facebook accounts and post things daily while they are on the clock at work? Since when is playing on personal social media accounts part of a job description? Management should look into what employees are doing while being paid to work? Why is this okay?
