As a Taxpayer, I enjoy knowing that a portion of my Federal Doll

North Wildwood - As a Taxpayer, I enjoy knowing that a portion of my Federal Dollars are going to underwrite the employment costs of those who not get paid a living wage. That's right, if a full time employee makes less than $15 per hour, chances are they are eligible for all types of Federal aid since they are living in poverty such as Food Stamps, Medicaid, CHIP insurance and meals at school for their kids and so on. How about if that fast food restaurant raises it's prices 50 cents per burger to pay their employee wages and benefits so I don't have to help pay their labor costs? Fair Wages Now!
