Villas - COUNTY FREEHOLDERS, it's time to REOPEN the libraries! If we can go to Walmart and Wawa and supermarkets, WHY can't we go to the library?! This is a bogus, illogical and ridiculously arbitrary restriction! We who pay property taxes are not able to get the FULL benefit of the library system.
