North Wildwood - Stanford university did a study on the effects of offshore wind turbines during a hurricane. The turbines can reduce the wind speed of the hurricane by a maximum of 92 mph which will reduce storm surge and flooding. Good benefits for shore communities concerned about ever increasing flooding. I’d like to see more evidence of their findings.
