My daughter's car broke down on the left hand turn lane at inter

Seaville - My daughter's car broke down on the left hand turn lane at intersection of rt 50 and rt 9. My wife showed up and a few other passer by's also stopped to help, when a late model blueish trailblazer with blue flashing lights pulledl up behind them. She felt relieved because it was busy and now cars would slow down and they could get the car to the side of the road. This guy got out of his SUV and berated them for blocking the left lane.Hesaid that there could be a fire somewhere and sped off not offering any help. Can someone please return my call from Seaville FD? I want to thank him
