Stone Harbor - I would just like to say I am a resident of Stone Harbor. I am also in a wheelchair. nUsually Public Works puts a ramp down on 83rd St. and in the summertime they are usually very good about it and they sweep all the sand off they also had one on 88th St.. That has a cover over it and a deck which is very nice for people to sunbathe and read their paper or go down to the beach with the ramps that are there. The ramps are now taken away. They take them away too soon so people like me in a wheelchair cannot get down to the beach on beautiful days. I actually got stuck in the sand.
