Cape May - With out doubt the pandemic can be blamed for the shortfall of revenues the City is experiencing right now. However, it does not excuse the foolish course of actions taken by the Mayor and his Deputy to ignore fellow Council persons and end up with no bond approvals and a quagmire of non achievements covering Lafayette Park, Fire House, Soldiers and Sailors Park, redevelopment and the library fiasco etc., etc..
