Cape May - Well, don't say the US Postal Service can't lose any Voting Ballots because they just lost a 43 pound truck hitch in the mail! Been gone for weeks and was supposed to be here in Cape May on Sept 09th, was mailed from Texas Aug, 26th. After 12 phone calls and several e-mails, "Nobody" seems to know where it went.
