Court House - Middle Township Committee once again authorized an accelerated tax sale this year, despite the fact that COVID crushed many of us economically. An accelerated tax sale is a measure that is supposed to be used by towns with poor tax collection rates. Middle's is 99.23%, proving there is no logical reason to impose the accelerated sale. Unfortunately, Middle Twp Committee has used it as a backdoor method to balance the budget for years. We deserve better.
