Cape May - A group calling itself Responsible Citizens is attempting to undo the years of work by the Public Safety Building Committee. The only thing that this new group is responsible for is the years of mismanagement by past administrations. It is actually a political group, as evidenced by the former mayor and a former council member among it's principals.
