Ocean View - Does anyone know why Upper Township seems to be taking the lead in current covid-19 cases? Lower and Middle are doing a better job since the nursing homes have figured it out and both have less active cases than Upper. As of 8/1 Upper has 21 and is trending up. What’s the problem there?
