Dennis Township - Animal welfare is front page news regarding increased enforcement efforts in Middle Township. Even though Middle is doing a commendable job with its Citizens Advisory Board, putting the laws in place to protect animals, citizens there want the rubber to hit the road in going out to documented homes where animals are being chained, left out in freezing weather, etc. Elected officials there and the police chief will now take direct phone calls from concerned citizens. What is animal welfare about in Dennis Township? Absolutely nothing! No advisory board, no upgraded ordinances, no enforcement!
