Lower Township - All of these barrier island residents defending beach replenishment need to pay for it themselves. They say they aren't leaving but we would see how long they stay if the government finally stopped beach replenishment. No one should be living on the barrier islands, period. Stop with the tourism is our life nonsense too. There are economies based on things other than tourism.
